Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an ERP Therapist/Psychologist specializing in OCD. The professional will provide evidence-based Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, conduct psychological assessments, create customized treatment plans, and support clients in managing OCD symptoms. Responsibilities include virtual counseling sessions, progress monitoring, and maintaining accurate and confidential client records. Collaboration with other mental health professionals may also be required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Psychology and Psychological Assessment
• Experience in Counseling and Mental Health support
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions, particularly Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy
• Background in Medicine or related fields is a plus
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to establish trust and build rapport with clients
• Advanced degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related discipline
• State licensure or certification to practice as a mental health professional
