Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screenings, and interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy of HR data.
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees.
• Coordinate performance management processes and annual reviews.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs.
• Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in human resources or related domain.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proven organizational and time management abilities.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
