Job Description

Pegasus Home Healthcare Services L.L.C. is hiring a Data Entry / EMR Registration staff to support our healthcare operations. This role is suitable for candidates with basic healthcare administration experience.

Please note: The work arrangement will initially be office + work-from-home for a short period and will later transition to a clinic-based front office role in Ras Al Khaimah.

Work Schedule (Initial 1–2 Months)

• Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Office)
• Evening: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Work from Home)
• Total: 10 hours/day

During this period, candidates may choose to work from either:

• Bur Dubai branch, or
• RAK branch

Future Work Location & Role

• Once operational, this role will transition to a full-time front office position at the RAK clinic.

Duties will then include

• Patient handling and coordination
• Patient registrations and EMR updates
• Front office and administrative support
• Handling patient documentation and records

Key Responsibilities (Current & Ongoing)

• Patient registration and data entry into EMR systems
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Working with Excel and Microsoft Office for data tracking
• Ensuring confidentiality of patient information
• Supporting administrative healthcare operations

Requirements

• Basic knowledge or experience in patient registration / EMR systems (preferred, not mandatory)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Willingness to work split shifts as mentioned
• Flexible to relocate/work in Ras Al Khaimah after clinic opening
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
