Role Description The General Practitioner will provide high-quality primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions. This part-time, on-site role is based in Ajman and involves conducting patient consultations, taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. The General Practitioner will prescribe medications, create treatment plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and facilities as needed. Additional responsibilities include educating patients and families on preventive care, maintaining accurate and timely medical records, and adhering to all relevant clinical guidelines and regulatory standards. The role may also involve supporting clinical training initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement of healthcare services within the facility.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, with experience managing a broad range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Background in Family Medicine and Nursing, enabling holistic, patient-centered care across different age groups.
• Ability to provide Training and mentorship to healthcare staff, supporting continuous professional development and best practices.
• Valid medical license as a General Practitioner, with eligibility to practice in the UAE and familiarity with DHA, MOH, HAAD, or DHCC regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and with diverse patient populations.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills, including accurate record-keeping and adherence to clinical protocols and ethical standards.
• Commitment to ongoing learning, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement in healthcare services.
