Key Responsibilities
Travel Coordination & Ticketing
- Handle end to end travel arrangements for employees, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing support, and transportation.
- Ensure all travel bookings comply with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel agencies, hotels, and vendors to secure the best rates and service options.
- Manage travel changes, amendments, and emergency travel requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate travel records, itineraries, and related documentation.
Administrative & Support Services
- Manage the internal travel request/ticketing system and process requests in a timely manner.
- Communicate travel confirmations and updates to employees and relevant stakeholders.
- Support the General Services team with administrative tasks when required.
- Assist in preparing and updating travel-related reports, cost summaries, and vendor performance reviews.
Vendor & Policy Management
- Liaise with external travel service providers for bookings, contract terms, and service quality.
- Maintain updated knowledge of travel regulations, visa norms, and regional compliance requirements.
- Recommend improvements to travel processes, cost control measures, and service standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a detail oriented General Services Specialist to manage and coordinate all aspects of travel and ticketing for the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless travel arrangements, efficient service delivery, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environments.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 10 years of experience in travel coordination, ticketing, or general services.
- Hands-on experience with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage urgent travel needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
