Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hair Transplant Technician with experience in microscopic graft dissection, trimming, and preparation. The ideal candidate will work closely with the surgical team to ensure precise handling of follicular grafts and support the delivery of high-quality, natural-looking results for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

· Carefully dissect and trim follicular unit grafts under a microscope to ensure optimal quality and viability.

· Assist the surgeon during FUE and FUT hair transplant procedures as needed.

· Count, organize, and maintain grafts during the procedure to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

· Handle grafts with sterile technique to prevent contamination and maintain patient safety.

· Support the surgical team in site creation and implantation when required.

· Prepare and maintain instruments, microscopes, and workstations before and after each procedure.

· Follow all clinical, safety, and infection control protocols.

· Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality at all times.

· Participate in training sessions and skill updates as new techniques and technologies are introduced.

Qualifications

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Hair Transplant Technician or Surgical Assistant (experience in graft trimming required).

· Proven ability to dissect and prepare follicular units under a microscope with precision.

· Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

· Knowledge of FUE and FUT hair restoration techniques.

· Understanding of sterile field and operating room procedures.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Certification or training in hair restoration (preferred but not mandatory).

Working Conditions

· Work performed in a clinical/surgical setting.

· Extended periods of microscope work and fine motor activity.

· May require occasional weekend or extended hours depending on the procedure schedule.
