Health Care Assistant

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
• Certified Health Care Assistant or equivalent qualification (preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
• UAE Experience Required

Experience

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
• Experience working in a patient-facing role preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathetic and compassionate attitude toward patients
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR) is an advantage

Responsibilities Include

• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Supporting nursing and medical staff in routine clinical tasks
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Updating patient records and reporting any changes in condition to the nursing staff
• Providing emotional support to patients and families

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE: 1 year (Required)
• Health Care Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
