Healthcare Operations Manager

Ebn Hayan Healthcare is a rapidly growing multi-branch medical group in the UAE with clinics in Sharjah and Dubai. We are building a modern, system-driven healthcare network focused on operational excellence, patient experience, and insurance optimization.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee all clinic branches, manage daily operations, and drive growth. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across all branches
• Monitor patient flow, revenue, and staff performance
• Implement and enforce SOPs
• Manage branch managers and ensure accountability
• Improve efficiency and reduce operational issues
• Coordinate with finance, HR, and marketing teams
• Ensure DHA/MOH compliance across all facilities

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in UAE healthcare operations
• Experience managing clinics or polyclinics
• Strong knowledge of insurance workflows (Nextcare, NAS, etc.)
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multi-location operations
