As a pivotal member of our healthcare team, you will:

• Deliver personalized care to patients with diverse needs, emphasizing comfort, dignity, and respect.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs, ensuring your patients receive the best possible care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure consistent and effective care.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, enriching the lives of patients and their families.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, prioritizing the well-being of those you care for.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license or certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Previous experience in home care, nursing, or a similar healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with clients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
• A compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others thrive at home.
