Job Title: Home Tutor (Full-Time, In-Person)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Home Tutor to provide personalized, in-person academic support to students in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, capable of handling different learning styles, and committed to improving student performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one, in-person tutoring sessions at the student’s residence
  • Prepare and deliver customized lesson plans based on the student’s curriculum
  • Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians
  • Identify learning gaps and develop strategies to improve academic performance
  • Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Travel to the student’s location as required

Subjects (as applicable)

  • English
  • Mathematics
  • Science
  • Other subjects based on student requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant subject
  • Prior experience as a tutor or teacher preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle students of different age groups
  • Patience, responsibility, and a passion for teaching
  • Willingness to relocate or travel within the UAE
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CBSE, ICSE, British, or IB curriculum
  • Teaching certifications (if any)
  • Experience teaching in international environments
