We are hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to help us find and hire qualified doctors and medical specialists for our growing healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors, specialists, and consultants for various medical departments
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Handle screening, interviews, and selection processes
• Coordinate with department heads and manage onboarding
• Ensure all candidates meet UAE healthcare licensing requirements (DOH/HAAD)

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare recruitment, especially for doctors
• Knowledge of UAE medical licensing processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• English required
