HR Executive/Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-driven HR Executive who can independently manage end-to-end payroll & HR operations while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly payroll processing (clinical & non-clinical staff)
Handle WPS preparation & salary disbursement
Calculate EOSB, leave salary, overtime & allowances
Validate attendance & shift-based timesheets (nurses, EMTs, industrial staff)
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law & MOHRE regulations
Coordinate with Finance, Licensing & PRO teams
Support onboarding, offboarding & payroll clearance

Requirements

4–5 years UAE HR experience
Minimum 2–3 years in Healthcare Industry
Strong knowledge of:

• WPS system
• Gratuity & leave salary calculations
• UAE Labour Law (2022 amendments)
• Advanced Excel & HRMS proficiency
• Experience handling large payroll volumes
• Experience in clinics, healthcare, homecare or hospitals
• Exposure to shift-based payroll
• Strong analytical & reconciliation skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
