Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our medical center in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in HR management within healthcare facilities in the UAE and solid knowledge of DHA regulations and UAE labor law.

Requirements:

• Arabic nationality (Male).
• Proven experience as HR Manager in a medical center or healthcare facility in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations and licensing procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR policies.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and staff management in healthcare facilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all HR operations within the medical center.
• Handle recruitment and staffing for medical and administrative positions.
• Coordinate DHA licensing, renewals, and healthcare professional documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DHA requirements and UAE labor law.
• Manage employee contracts, records, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Handle employee relations and HR policies implementation.
• Support management in organizational planning and staff development.
