- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE Labour Law and applicable legal regulations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employment documentation.
- Handle visa processing, labour contracts, Emirates ID, and coordination with government authorities.
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and legal compliance matters.
- Administer payroll, compensation, benefits, and end-of-service calculations in accordance with UAE law.
- Implement performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and confidential documentation.
- Develop HR policies and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and provide strategic advice to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum at least 2 years of HR experience within a law firm, legal consultancy, or government legal entity in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential legal documentation.
- Familiarity with government portals and legal administrative procedures.
