Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Human Resources and Operational Manager. The Human Resources and Operational Manager will oversee HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws. They will also manage daily operations, ensuring the effective delivery of therapy services, coordinating with clinical staff, and streamlining administrative processes. Additional responsibilities include developing policies, training programs, and performance management systems to enhance staff capabilities and service quality.

Qualifications

• HR management skills including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
• Operational management experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in developing training programs and performance management systems
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
