  • Conduct initial prescreening of Emirati candidates against job requirements.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for Emirati candidates, including liaising with hiring managers, candidates, and the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics and status updates.

  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, schedules, and necessary documentation.

  • Facilitate introductions and ensure all administrative setup (IT access, badges, etc.) is completed efficiently.

  • Book, schedule, and coordinate logistics for all mandatory and developmental training programs for Emirati staff, including ADGM-specific training, company induction sessions, and programs at Fatima College.

  • Manage attendee registrations, room bookings, trainer communications, and material distribution.

  • Act as the first point of contact for Emirati staff regarding workplace issues, concerns, problems, or general administrative demands.

  • Provide timely support, guidance, and resolution or escalate complex issues appropriately to HR Business Partners or management.

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for Emirati staff as requested, including meetings with management, HR, or external parties.

  • Coordinate and accompany Emirati staff for clinic visits when health or work-related issues arise, ensuring necessary support and documentation.
