Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a HR Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The role involves daily interaction with employees to address any HR-related issues and provide support to ensure a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified CHRP, CHRM, SPHRi, CIPD or any competent certification
• Experience with HR Policies and Human Resources (HR)
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in Performance Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
