Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Human Resources Officer. The HR Officer will oversee various aspects of human resource management, including implementing HR policies, addressing employee relations, developing job descriptions, and ensuring compliance with organizational objectives. The role also involves supporting recruitment processes, advising on HR best practices, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) functions
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies and Job Descriptions
• Experienced in the healthcare field with a solid understanding of CBAHI (Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions) standards.
• Skills in Employee Relations, including managing employee concerns and enhancing workplace engagement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Certification in HR (such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus
