Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and contributing to the recruitment process by creating effective job descriptions. Daily tasks include maintaining HR records, addressing employee inquiries, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR Management and Human Resources operations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
• Ability to develop and refine Job Descriptions to align with organizational needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in the UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency with HR software and systems is preferred
