Job Title: IT Business Analyst (Vendor Coordination & Systems Support)

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst who will act as a key bridge between our internal business teams and third-party software vendors. The role involves gathering business ideas and requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications, and coordinating with external vendors to ensure successful implementation of solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business ideas into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Communicate requirements effectively to third-party software vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors during development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Ensure delivered solutions match business expectations and requirements.
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and gather feedback for improvements.
• Maintain documentation of workflows, processes, and system changes.
• Act as the main point of contact between business users and IT vendors.
• Identify gaps in current systems and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Min 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / IT Coordinator / Systems Analyst.
• Strong understanding of business processes and software systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with third-party software vendors.
• Ability to write clear documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories).
• Basic understanding of databases or software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

• Experience in healthcare, clinic, or service-based industry.
• Experience in system implementation projects.
