Information Technology Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the systems by ensuring proper backup and periodic maintenance
- Deploy new desktop PCs and maintain old ones.
- Fix, diagnose or isolate problems with network, PCs, terminals, and all peripherals.
- Initiate and follow-up on orders for computer parts needed for maintenance.
- Assist users with proper operations of computers, equipment, and software systems.
- Train and advise users in general usage and operation of computer equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in Technical Support.
- Training on windows operating system environment and MS desktop products.
- Experience in networking domain environment and business applications and general knowledge in servers hardware & Software.
- Good Communication Skills
- Should have good communication skills in both oral and written English.
- Saudi Nationality is a must
