Insurance coordinator coder

We are looking for an Insurance Coordinator & Medical Coder to manage insurance approvals, claims, and accurate medical coding to ensure smooth billing and timely reimbursement with previous medical centers experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Obtain pre-approvals and authorizations
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance claims
• Perform accurate medical coding (ICD-10, CPT)
• Resolve claim rejections and discrepancies
• Communicate clearly with patients, doctors, and insurance providers

Requirements

• Experience in insurance coordination and medical coding
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and insurance processes
• Familiarity with UAE insurance regulations (DHA/DOH preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
