Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in managing front desk operations while handling insurance approvals, billing coordination, and patient support.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Reception Duties

• Welcome and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage appointment scheduling, registrations, and patient records
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and patient coordination
• Maintain smooth front office operations and patient flow

Insurance Coordination Duties

• Process insurance eligibility checks, approvals, and pre-authorizations
• Submit insurance claims accurately and on time
• Follow up on claim rejections and resubmissions
• Coordinate with insurance companies and billing departments
• Ensure compliance with DHA and insurance guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Previous experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting

✅ Good knowledge of UAE medical insurance processes and approvals

✅ Familiarity with clinic management systems (advantage)

✅ Strong communication and patient-handling skills

✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

✅ Professional appearance and positive attitude

✅ Fluency in English; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage
