Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated IT Assistant to support the daily IT operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will assist with troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT systems, and providing support to staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, printers, and network systems
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Install and configure computer systems and applications
• Maintain IT equipment and ensure proper system functionality
• Coordinate with the IT team for system maintenance and upgrades

Requirements

• Previous IT experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Language Requirement

• Must be able to communicate in English
• Knowledge of Hindi or Malayalam is an advantage
