Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Executive role at Quttainah Specialized Hospital located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The IT Executive will oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of technology systems and addressing technical challenges. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues, providing technical support, managing network administration, and maintaining robust IT infrastructure. The role will also involve identifying technical improvements, ensuring data security, and supporting team members with IT system needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and handling Technical Support tasks.
• Knowledge of Network Administration and network maintenance best practices.
• Knowledge in simplex software is must.
• Experience in Information Technology and IT Operations, including systems and hardware management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to support team members and cross-functional departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus.
