IT Technician with Driving License

We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Technician to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting all IT systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations across the clinic. A valid UAE driving license is required for occasional on-site technical support and coordination with external vendors & clinic purpose, Candidates on their own visa are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults.
• Manage printers, scanners, telecommunication systems, and medical software applications.
• Ensure data security, system backups, and antivirus protection are up to date.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support to staff for all technical issues.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets, equipment, and accessories.
• Ensure all systems comply with health information security and confidentiality standards.
• Assist in setting up new workstations, email accounts, and access permissions.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
• Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal network and device performance.
• Travel between clinic sites or external locations when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinic environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with medical software systems (HIS, EMR, etc.) is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Own visa preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
