We Are Hiring

We are looking for a Lead DataOps Engineer and a Senior DataOps Engineer to drive automation, CI/CD, and operational excellence across our enterprise data platforms. You will play a critical role in ensuring reliable, governed, and scalable data delivery for AI, BI, and operational analytics in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines for data workloads across hybrid cloud and on-prem platforms.
• Apply DataOps principles to ensure reliable, secure, and governed data pipelines.
• Implement automated testing, data quality checks, schema validation, and contract enforcement.
• Integrate observability, monitoring, and alerting for pipeline performance, cost, and reliability.
• Embed metadata, lineage, and governance policies programmatically across data assets.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, DevOps, BI, AI, and Governance teams to deliver production-ready datasets.
• Lead or mentor teams (for Lead role) to uplift DataOps standards, automation, and monitoring capabilities.
• Own operational reliability for critical datasets, including Patient, Encounter, Provider, Orders & Results, Claims, Master Data, Genomics, and telemetry.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD, automation, DevOps, and DataOps practices.
• Experience with Data Platforms: Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Azure Data Factory, dbt, and orchestration frameworks (ADF, Airflow, Databricks Workflows).
• Proficiency in Python, Linux, bash, parallel processing, and distributed computing.
• Knowledge of CDC on SQL Server, Oracle, Golden Gate, or Debezium.
• Familiarity with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), monitoring, and data governance tools (Purview, OvalEdge, PHI/PII).
• Lead Role: 10+ years of experience with 3+ years in leadership; Senior Role: 8+ years with 2+ years in DataOps/DevOps focus.
