Role Description

This is a part-time, remote freelancing role for a Listener at MCH International LLC. The Listener will provide active, empathetic listening services to clients in various settings. Daily responsibilities include attentively listening to client concerns, offering support without judgment, providing constructive feedback when necessary, and maintaining confidentiality. The role requires timely communication, professional conduct, and adherence to the company’s core values of empathy and respect.

• Proficiency with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms

• Prior experience in counseling, mentoring, client support, or similar fields is a plus
• Flexibility to work part-time hours on a freelance basis
