Job Title: Logistics Coordinator – Medical Laboratory

Overview:
We’re seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the transport of medical samples, consumables, and supplies across our laboratory network. The role ensures timely delivery, proper handling, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate pickup and delivery of patient samples between branches and the main lab.
• Ensure compliance with temperature control and safety standards.
• Track and manage inventory of lab consumables and reagents.
• Liaise with suppliers and couriers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and records.
• Support operational efficiency and process improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ logistics experience (medical or healthcare preferred).
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems.
• Valid UAE driving license (advantage).
