Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator

About the Role

BioLink is looking for an experienced and highly disciplined Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator. This is a hands-on role for a professional who thrives in organizing complex workflows. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and the seamless coordination of our delivery drivers.

The ideal candidate has extensive "boots-on-the-ground" experience and can handle high-pressure environments with precision and professional authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Execute the full fulfillment process—from receiving digital orders to picking, packing, and staging for dispatch.
• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Manage the physical entry and exit of all goods. Ensure every item is scanned, recorded, and placed in the correct location.
• Driver Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for drivers. Organize their daily schedules, assign routes, and ensure they depart with the correct documentation and cargo.
• Inventory Accuracy: Perform regular stock counts and maintain a clean, organized warehouse layout to ensure 100% inventory reliability.
• Process Documentation: Handle all delivery notes, invoices, and shipping documents with high attention to detail.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3–5 years of solid experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination.
• Expert Organizer: You must be naturally organized and able to manage multiple drivers and orders simultaneously without errors.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using handheld scanners, warehouse software (WMS), and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
• Driver Management: Proven ability to organize a fleet of drivers and optimize their delivery sequences.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handle physical stock when necessary.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
