Role Purpose

Lead the translation of market intelligence, performance data, and competitive insights into

clear business narratives, opportunity assessments, and partner-ready materials that support

business development, portfolio expansion, and executive decision-making across Tamer

Healthcare.

Main Responsibilities

• 1. Market Insights & Opportunity Assessment
• Leverage IMS/IQVIA and internal performance data to assess market trends, growth drivers, risks, and competitive dynamics
• Support market opportunity framing for new partnerships, portfolio expansion, and strategic growth areas
• Translate market movements into clear business implications and recommended actions
• Provide insight support across the Pharma business
• 1. Strategic Narrative & Value Proposition Development
• Develop data-driven, compelling narratives to support business development, partnerships, and vendor onboarding
• Translate complex strategies into clear, persuasive, and differentiated value propositions Position Tamer Healthcare effectively in discussions with global partners and stakeholders
• 1. Executive & Partner Communication
• Lead development of high-impact Board and BRM presentations, executive updates, and partner pitch decks
• Ensure all communication reflects strategic clarity, commercial relevance, and consistent messaging
• 1. Performance Reporting & Storytelling
• Leverage IMS/IQVIA insights to support market opportunity framing and BD discussions
• Lead preparation of monthly organizational performance communication including market share, growth drivers, risks, and competitive dynamics
• Develop Board and BRM materials that translate data into clear executive narratives and strategic insights
• Convert data into actionable business stories that drive alignment and decision-making
• 1. BD Enablement & Partner Materials
• Support BD with market narratives, opportunity framing, and partner-ready materials
• Develop pitch decks, value propositions, and business cases for vendors, partners, and strategic opportunities
• Position Tamer Healthcare Pharma’s capabilities across distribution, marketing & promotion, logistics, market access, commercialization, and local manufacturing / JV opportunities.

Experience

• 10–15 years in pharma / healthcare

• Background in marketing, brand management, or commercial roles

• Strong exposure to market analysis and performance reporting

• Saudi or GCC pharma market experience is strongly preferred

Capabilities

• Strong executive storytelling and communication

• Ability to translate data into strategic insights and narratives

• Commercial mindset with BD exposure

• High attention to detail with ability to simplify complex information

• Strong stakeholder management and influence

Languages

• Arabic and English professional proficiency.
