Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Executive to join ZMC Health Clinic. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the healthcare sector, either in a clinic or hospital setting, and will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote our services, enhance patient engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns specifically tailored for healthcare services.
• Plan and manage digital marketing activities including social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, referral doctors, and community organizations.
• Organize health awareness campaigns, events, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
• Coordinate with design and media teams for the creation of brochures, videos, and promotional content.
• Stay updated with healthcare marketing trends, DHA regulations, and competitor activities.
• Support patient acquisition and retention strategies through targeted campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing within a healthcare clinic or hospital.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and healthcare marketing practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute innovative marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing software/tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
