Role Description

This is an on-site, Full-time position for a Marketing Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Marketing Manager will strategize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence, oversee advertising initiatives, and coordinate public relations efforts to build positive customer perception. The role involves analyzing market trends, managing social media platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive patient engagement and support the hospital’s mission. They will align marketing efforts with brand standards and ensure consistent representation across all channels.

• Experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Development
• Expertise in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, and Content Creation
• Skills in Market Analysis, Competitor Research, and Data-Driven Decision Making
• Strong communication, Team Leadership, and Stakeholder Management skills
• Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to adapt to diverse cultural environments and familiarity with the Dubai market
• Previous experience in healthcare or cosmetic industry marketing is must
