Media Buyer & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Modern Aestheticss is looking for a creative and results-driven Media Buyer & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid advertising campaigns and support our marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the aesthetic, healthcare, or beauty industry who understands how to generate quality leads and turn marketing ideas into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms if needed
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better ROI and lead generation.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Research market trends and recommend new campaign ideas.
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with clinic promotions and marketing goals.
• Work closely with the content creator and management to develop high-converting ad concepts, hooks, scripts, and creative ideas.
• Analyze audience behavior and recommend strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
• Test different creatives, audiences, and offers to improve campaign performance.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in media buying or digital marketing.
• Experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience in the aesthetics, dermatology, beauty, or healthcare industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of advertising metrics.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with strong marketing and content planning skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
