MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To provide general administrative and support services to the department to ensure effective operations and compliance with company and regulatory requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Support the management and administration related to meeting governance and documentation

Drive allocated projects supporting senior management in achieving company objectives

Drive and support physician onboarding, scheduling, leave administration and attendance process to ensure effective daily operations

Manage the overall administration related to independent physicians, including relevant onboarding activities

Coordinate the communication and distribution of information relevant to accreditation and regulatory bodies between stakeholders

Provide general administrative and client interaction and coordination services to ensure proper daily operations of the department

Coordinate the governance and compliance related to physician performance processes

Support the monitoring and compliance processes related to clinical privileging

Drive and support the coordination of physician telemedicine services between internal stakeholders

Required Education A relevant formal qualification from an accredited institution

Required Experience At least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar administrative setting

Required Job Skills And Knowledge

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Client engagement and experience principles
  • Basic medical terminology
