Now Hiring: Insurance Coder with strong knowledge of TPA processes

Language required : ARABIC & ENGLISH

Location: Sharjah -Al Taawun Area

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance Coder with strong knowledge of TPA processes to join our healthcare team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assign accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes.

• Handle insurance claims submission and resubmission.

• Coordinate with TPAs for approvals, eligibility, and claim status.

• Ensure compliance with insurance and regulatory guidelines.

• Resolve claim rejections and denials efficiently.

• Maintain accurate patient and billing records.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in medical coding and insurance.

• Proven experience dealing with TPAs (UAE experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT coding standards.

• Familiarity with insurance portals and claim systems.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Relevant certification in medical coding is an advantage.
