MEP Technician

Job Title: MEP Technician (Facilities Management & Technical Services)

Job Overview:
We are seeking two (2) skilled MEP Technicians to support the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role includes routine inspections, fault diagnosis, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted facility operations. The ideal candidates are hands-on, safety-focused, and able to respond quickly to maintenance needs. One position will be based in Dubai, and the other in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing works
• Troubleshoot faults and carry out timely repairs
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
• Maintain maintenance records and service reports
• Coordinate with supervisors and external contractors when required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant MEP maintenance experience
• Good working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and carry out repairs independently
• Familiar with safety standards and maintenance procedures
• Good communication and basic reporting skills
• Valid UAE driving license required (preferred but not required)
