Department Specific Job Responsibilities:-

a) Content Production

• Film and edit videos featuring doctors, treatments, patient education, and hospital activities.
• Produce social media videos, reels, interviews, and promotional content.

b) Graphic Design

• Design marketing materials for digital and print platforms such as social media posts, brochures, banners, and presentations.
• Ensure all visuals follow Barraquer brand guidelines.

c) Marketing Content Support

• Support marketing campaigns by creating visual content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
• Contribute creative ideas for visual content and storytelling.

d) Event & Activity Coverage

• Capture photo and video coverage of hospital events, activities, and campaigns.

e) General

• Organize and manage visual content files and media assets.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.

f) Misc

• To comply with Barraquer Eye Hospital OHS Roles & Responsibilities, applicable DHCA OHSMS standards, applicable legal requirements and any other applicable OHS requirements.

Perform all related duties as assigned by HOD/Reporting Manager

Soft Skills Required

a) Strong videography and video editing skills.

b) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

c) Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

d) Basic knowledge of lighting, sound setup, and camera equipment.

e) Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.

f) Good attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

g) Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

h) Strong communication and teamwork skills.
