Nephrologist

Job Description

Alain Medical Center is looking for an experienced Nephrologist to join our team on a revenue-sharing basis. We seek a specialist who can provide expert care in kidney-related diseases and contribute to the growth of our specialty services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with kidney disorders.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases.
• Interpret diagnostic tests including renal function tests, ultrasounds, and biopsies.
• Provide management plans for hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and related conditions.
• Offer follow-up consultations and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with other specialists and clinical departments for comprehensive patient management.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with MOH standards.

Requirements

• Valid MOH License or Eligibility (required).
• Proven clinical experience as a Nephrologist.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Arabic language skills – an advantage.
• Own visa – an advantage.
• Ability to work independently under a revenue-sharing model.

Compensation

• Pure revenue-sharing basis (no fixed salary).
• Attractive and transparent percentage sharing, finalized during the interview.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From AED1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
