Job Overview IIQAF Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Center Manager in Dubai to oversee daily operations of our childcare facility within a hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in early childhood education management, staff supervision, curriculum planning, child safety compliance, and nursery administration .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily nursery and childcare center operations
• Supervise and support teachers and childcare staff
• Ensure compliance with UAE childcare regulations and safety standards
• Develop and implement early childhood education programs and curriculum
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
• Handle parent communication, feedback, and enrollment processes
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation
• Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are consistently maintained

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as Nursery Manager or Childcare Center Supervisor
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Leadership/Early Years certificate (eg., CACHE L5) preferred
• Knowledge of UAE childcare regulations and licensing requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
• First Aid and Child Safety certifications preferred
• Immediate availability preferred
