Job Summary
Noubel Rehabilitation Center in Al Ain is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate must hold a valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility and have experience in providing evidence-based occupational therapy services for patients with developmental, neurological, or functional challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility Letter to practice in Abu Dhabi.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (pediatric experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of functional assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments to identify functional limitations and patient needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Provide therapy interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, activities of daily living (ADLs), and functional independence.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and functional strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with Department of Health (DOH) standards and facility policies.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in clinical meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.
