We are looking for an Office Administrator cum CRM Operations Assistant for a provider of lifecycle technologies and services for the offshore oil & gas, marine, and energy industries in Dubai

  1. Must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in office administration or operational support within the marine, shipping, or offshore industry.

  2. Must have experience on the procurement process like handling inquiries, quotes or basic logistics tracking.

  3. Familiarity with the shipping industry, ship manning or marine services environment

  4. Knowledge with CRM or ERP systems

  5. Familiar with AI Tools

Responsibilities:

  1. CRM/ERP Data Entry

  2. Manage daily office tasks

  3. Provide basic administrative support during procurement workflow.

  4. Assist in preparing admin reports and power point presentations for both internal teams and clients.

Immediate joiner for now

Salary: 4000AED - 5000AED (Based on experience)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
