Operations Coordinator

Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital in Abu Dhabi, a leader in Middle East Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care services and part of the Capital Health network, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Chief Operating Officer.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:

• Serve as the representative and ambassador of the COO to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide direct support to the COO in managing daily operational priorities, follow-ups, and initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks assigned by the COO to ensure delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
• Track, monitor, and follow up on the progress of key initiatives and projects, ensuring accountability and timely reporting to the COO.
• Provide project management support, including action trackers, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Assist in evaluating operational performance and contribute to developing strategic improvement plans.
• Prepare, maintain, and update operational documents, reports, and presentations as required.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and engagements for the COO’s office.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings, and track follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.
• Review invoices, contracts, and other operational documents for accuracy and completeness before submission to the COO.
• Support in coordinating contract management activities, including renewals, compliance checks, and vendor follow-ups.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between the COO’s office and internal departments.
• Identify and escalate operational challenges or bottlenecks, supporting timely resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation and archiving of operational and project-related records.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive organizational matters.
