Operations Executive

Full-Time Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support daily operational activities and reporting. The ideal candidate should be strong in Excel, reporting, and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain stock reports, stock ageing reports, and inventory tracking
• Generate production reports and operational performance reports
• Manage GRN (Goods Received Notes) and monitor incoming inventory
• Handle stock deductions and adjustments in coordination with warehouse and accounts teams
• Generate Purchase Orders (POs) for small operational requirements
• Work closely with sales, warehouse, accounts, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Track operational data and prepare accurate reports for management
• Monitor inventory movement and highlight discrepancies when required
• Ensure proper documentation and operational record keeping

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, reporting, data analysis)
• Experience preparing operational and inventory reports
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work across multiple departments
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred

• Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Distribution
• Experience handling inventory systems, GRN, and purchase orders
• Familiarity with ERP systems
