Outdoor Building Materials Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive for our Building Materials Division. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, existing client connections, and a proven track record in selling construction and building material products within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales for building materials (cement, steel, tiles, sanitaryware, electricals, wood, etc.)
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and traders
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals
• Follow up on LPOs, deliveries, and payment collections
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely deliveries
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications (Mandatory)

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building materials sales
• Strong knowledge of the UAE building materials market
• Experience dealing with contractors, project sites, and trading customers
• Valid UAE driving license
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Existing client base in Abu Dhabi / Dubai
• Experience in project sales and bulk orders
• Arabic language skills
