Patient Aid

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Male Patient Aide (GNM Qualified) to provide high-quality patient care and support in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate should be skilled in basic nursing care, capable of assisting patients with daily activities, and able to communicate effectively in Hindi and the local language/English.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and monitor patients' general condition.
• Assist patients with mobility, personal hygiene, feeding, and other daily activities.
• Record and report patients' vital signs and any changes in their condition to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the physician or registered nurse.
• Assist doctors and nurses during examinations and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and infection control practices are followed.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid Nursing Council registration (preferred/mandatory as per organizational policy).
• Male candidate preferred for this position due to operational requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi (mandatory). Knowledge of English and/or the local language is an added advantage.
• 0–3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or patient care setting

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
