Patient Client Advisor – Plastic Surgery (VIP Clients)

As part of our exciting expansion into the Middle East, we are seeking an experienced Patient Client Advisor – Plastic Surgery (VIP Clients) to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in guiding high-profile and international clients through their surgical journey, coordinating doctor schedules, operating theatre bookings, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience from consultation to post-operative care.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Patient Client Advisor – Plastic Surgery you will:

VIP Client Management

• Engage with VIP and international patient s (with strong exposure to Russian and European clientele) to understand their aesthetic goals, provide tailored guidance on plastic surgery services, and facilitate consultations with the treating physician.

End-to-End Surgical Coordination

• Manage the full patient journey including pre-operative and post-operative coordination with partner hospitals , ensuring all medical, administrative, and documentation requirements are completed seamlessly.
• Coordinate appointments: Book and confirm consultations, pre-op assessments, surgeries, and follow-up visits with surgeons.

Surgeon & Internal Team Coordination

• Work closely with assigned surgeons, their medical teams, marketing department, and clinic staff to ensure alignment o n patient cases and schedules.

Operating Theatre (OT) coordination

• Liaise with partner hospitals to secure OT bookings and ensure completion of all pre-operative requirements, including medical investigations, consent documentation, and administrative clearances.

Revenue Growth Support

• Actively support assigned surgeons in increasing their revenue by promoting suitable procedures, treatment plans, and premium service offerings in line with client expectations and clinic standards.

Sales targets

• Present and promote plastic surgery services, treatment packages, and membership options to achieve assigned monthly revenue targets, in compliance with clinic policies and ethical standards.

Client experience

• Deliver a high standard of service by ensuring consistent communication, guidance, and follow-up throughout the client’s surgical journey.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Mandatory experience in aesthetic/plastic surgery clinics, with a strong focus on handling VIP or high-profile patients.
• Experience in sales or client coordination in plastic surgery, aesthetic, or wellness sectors.
• Proven experience i n pre-operative and post-operative coordination with hospitals for surgical cases.
• Familiarity with OT coordination or surgery bookings with partner hospitals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Aesthetics Clinic experience in Dubai (preferred).
• Fluency or strong experience working with Russian and European clients is highly preferred.
• Russian language will be an added advantage.
