Patient Coordinator for Aestheics , plastic and Cosmetics Surgeon

We are seeking for an experienced Patient Coordinator to support a Plastic Surgeon. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in aesthetic or cosmetic healthcare settings and demonstrate strong patient handling, administrative, and coordination skills.
The Patient Coordinator will ensure a smooth patient journey from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Handle patient inquiries (calls, walk-ins, online platforms)
Schedule consultations and procedures for the Plastic Surgeon
Coordinate with nurses, reception, and other departments within the Polyclinic
Explain treatment plans, pricing, and payment options clearly to patients
Prepare and maintain patient medical files and consent forms
Organize pre-operative and post-operative appointments
Follow up with patients for recovery updates and satisfaction feedback
Maintain accurate data entry in clinic management systems
Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Patient Coordinator (UAE experience preferred)
Experience in plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures is mandatory
Strong communication skills in English
Good sales and patient conversion skills
Knowledge of DHA/DOH/MOH regulations is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
