Pediatric Critical Care Doctor

Millennium Hospital UAE is seeking a trained ' pediatric critical care doctor ' to join our facility located in Mussafah, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Direct Patient Care: Perform daily rounds, examinations, and advanced interventions (e.g., intubation, mechanical ventilation, and central line insertion) for high-acuity patients.
- Emergency Stabilization: Diagnose and manage life-threatening conditions, including acute respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, and traumatic injuries.
- Multidisciplinary Leadership: Collaborate with PICU nurses, respiratory therapists, clinical pharmacists, and subspecialists to ensure comprehensive, evidence-based care.
- Family Support: Communicate prognoses, treatment plans, and goals of care with patients' families with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Teaching & Research: Supervise and train medical students, residents, and fellows. Participate in quality improvement (QI) initiatives and clinical research. [1, 2, 3, 4]
