Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Pediatrician holding a valid MOH license to join our medical center on a full-time, purely revenue-sharing basis. The position is ideal for a self-motivated pediatrician who prefers flexible, performance-based earnings and is currently under own visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric medical care to infants, children, and adolescents
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Conduct routine well-baby clinics, growth and developmental assessments, and vaccinations
• Prescribe medications and investigations in compliance with MOH regulations and insurance policies
• Maintain accurate and complete electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ensure ethical practice, patient safety, and confidentiality at all times
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams for smooth patient flow
• Participate in clinical quality and compliance activities as required

Eligibility & Requirements

• MBBS with MD / DNB / equivalent specialization in Pediatrics
• Valid MOH License (UAE) – mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred
• Must be under own visa sponsorship (family / spouse / golden visa, etc.)
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills
• Willingness to work on a pure revenue-sharing / commission-based model

Compensation & Benefits

• Pure revenue-sharing basis (percentage to be mutually agreed)
• No fixed salary
• Clinic support including nursing staff, reception, EMR, and insurance coordination

Working Schedule

• Full-time as per MOH guidelines and medical center operational hours

• Immediate / As per mutual agreement
